Upload presentations

The file upload system is now available for speakers to submit their presentation files. The files are to be in MS PowerPoint or PDF format. All presentations are to be submitted through this web site system and are to be received by Saturday 14 June 2008. For preparation instructions, download the "Presentation guidelines" document from the left side navigation column.

Programs and guidelines

The following PDF documents are available for download: Speaker program, Poster program, Guidelines for Powerpoint/PDF presentations, and Guidelines for posters. The programs include titles and authors of all papers.

Conference registrations

The early-bird registration discount period has now closed but registrations will continue to be received up to the start of the conference.

If you have registered during the discount period and received an invoice, but have not yet paid, you may either resume payment by credit card using the invoice number you received or send the invoice together with your cheque to the address at the head of the invoice.

Registration toolbox

The conference registration information page now has facilities for resuming an interrupted registration and for retrieving a copy of your tax invoice

Accommodation and Parking

The Accommodation and Parking page has been updated with a link for booking on-campus accommodation at Emmanuel college plus information about parking at UQ and off-campus accommodation.
