Contact details collected as part of conference registration and/or expression of interest will be stored in a secure database. The data will only be used for conference purposes and for sending you information about future ASAP and NZSAP matters. They will not be made available to any third party

Payment details

Information about payments made in relation to conference registration or ASAP and NZSAP membership matters will only be divulged to parties involved. Registration and related payments to be made by credit card transaction will be processed through the National Australia Bank's "Secure Internet Payment Service" (NSIPS) via the bank's secure server. Each transaction is private between the user and the bank. Neither the credit card number nor expiry date are provided to conference organisers, they are kept as secure and private records by the bank. The only information returned by the bank to the organisers are the identifying invoice number, name on the card and whether the payment was approved or declined.
